A Decade of Building Envelopes. A Career of Solving Problems.

VALOREN was built on ten years of hands-on execution as a building envelope specialist—designing, fabricating, and installing windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and façade systems on California's most demanding public works and federal projects.

That work taught us exactly where buildings lose energy—and how much it costs when nobody fixes it. We saw HVAC systems oversized to compensate for leaking envelopes, solar arrays scaled up to offset loads that shouldn't exist, and building owners paying more every year for electricity that's less reliable.

So we built VALOREN to fix the root cause. We're now a self-performing prime contractor delivering complete energy efficiency and resilience upgrades—starting with the building envelope and extending through electrical systems, lighting, controls, solar generation, and battery storage.

One contractor, one contract, one performance guarantee.

Certifications That Simplify Procurement

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)

Verified through the SBA VetCert program. SDVOSB status provides federal contracting officers with sole-source authority up to $5M and statutory priority on set-aside contracts—simplifying procurement for agencies that need qualified energy retrofit contractors.

California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE)

Certified through the California Office of Small Business and DVBE Services. DVBE certification provides a 5% bid preference on California public works and helps state agencies meet their 3% DVBE participation goals—making VALOREN a structurally preferred prime contractor for energy retrofit work.
